What We Need:

The successful candidate will be an energetic individual, responsible for researching, sourcing and qualifying new leads and prospects, creating email and telephone campaigns, identifying key players, and cold calling to develop new business.

What You'll Do:
  • Research and source for new leads within a 70 mile radius of Reading, PA
  • Cold calling and canvassing to set up appointments for the outside sales team
  • Prospecting and developing new relationships over the phone with C-level suite individuals
  • Generate outbound calls over the telephone and email correspondence to cultivate leads for products and/or services associated with the offerings of Omega Systems; follows specified instructions in the delivery of sales messages
  • Effectively utilize and update Salesforce CRM database
  • Maintain daily meeting appointment productivity goals, as provided by management
  • Prepare routine periodic appointment and activity reports and required
What You'll Need:
  • BA/BS Degree is preferred
  • Minimum 1-3 years of sales experience, technology background preferred
  • Possess a positive attitude, be coachable, insightful, energetic and a great problem solver
  • Disciplined approach to developing new accounts with a strong focus on customer service
  • Exudes resourcefulness to get things done instead of waiting
  • Analytical ability to determine best approach to clients on an individual basis
  • Strong selling skills, advanced techniques a plus
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-energy environment
  • Self-motivated with a tenacious drive for results
  • Intermediate skill level in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
  • Excellent interpersonal, organization and communication skills with a strong phone personality required
  • Ability to meet and/or exceed established sales targets
