The son of Greek immigrants and entrepreneurs, Bill Kiritsis dedicated 11 years to the family business before pursuing his personal passion for technology. After gaining extensive experience in the field, Bill recognized a need for enterprise-level IT solutions in the SMB marketplace. In 2002, he established the organization now known as Omega Systems. Since then he has steadily grown the company by meeting clients’ needs for customized IT services and solutions. Today Omega Systems owns and operates several data centers and provides private cloud services, back-up and disaster recovery, and managed services for clients throughout eastern Pennsylvania, New Jersey and Delaware. Under Bill’s leadership Omega has earned both regional and national recognition for excellence.
Since Day 1, Jennifer Kiritsis has played a key role in growing Omega Systems and leading its technical and administrative teams. With a degree in information science and technology from Penn State University and more than 20 years of industry experience in technology operations, she leads the Omega’s day-to-day activities while shaping overall IT strategies, including the company’s innovative products and services.
Ben Tercha earned a bachelor’s degree in information science and technology from Penn State University and continually broadens his knowledge through Tier 1 partner certifications, training and professional involvement. He brings 20+ years of hands-on technology experience and more than a decade of data center management to Omega Systems’ Executive Team. Ben is personally driven. His extensive network planning and design expertise were among the many skills leveraged to build Omega Systems’ private data center and craft our unique “triple data center approach” to data management. Thanks to Ben, more than 200 clients have successfully migrated their IT environment to Omega’s Private Cloud. As leader of operations, Ben remains focused on oversight and coordination of internal workflows as well as all aspects of technical services and corresponding support services provided to Omega’s customers. Along with the Omega Systems Management staff, Ben works to continually develop Omega’s suite of customizable “smart” service offerings, keeping them in-line with customer needs and ongoing requirements. What makes Ben a great leader is his coaching leadership style. He is supportive, approachable and sets a positive example to all employees, deliberately encouraging everyone to unlock their full potential, share their talent and grow with their team.
Jonathan Wechter joined Omega as controller in early 2018, bringing five years of corporate accounting experience to the table. He is responsible for Omega’s financing and accounting, including financial reporting, planning and analysis, internal controls, audit and taxation. Jonathan graduated cum laude from Millersville University with a bachelor’s degree in business administration and accounting. He is a licensed certified public accountant (CPA) and is in the process of attaining a master of science in taxation through the University of Cincinnati.
Ryan Weaver is the leader of the Technical Account Management team, responsible for on-going client satisfaction. He is a long-standing employee of Omega Systems, having held many roles from technical field services through sales and account management. He leverages over two decades of hands-on technical experience in providing support, MSP services, consulting, and project scoping and follow through, to confidently lead his team. Ryan’s extensive experience and expertise gives him the unique ability to match business’ requirements and Omega Systems’ IT solutions for continued success.
An Omega veteran with more than 10 years in various technical services roles, Brian Lupinacci manages a team of Service Desk Engineers who are focused on timely and successful resolution of clients’ service desk tickets. He’s also responsible for overseeing support strategy implementation and customer satisfaction surveys. He joined Omega with more than 15 years of technical and management experience, varied Tier 1 partner certifications and a degree in Management Information Systems from Shippensburg University.
Rick Mutzel is a trusted technical advisor and Virtual Chief Information Officer to more than 200 Omega Systems clients, who appreciate his expertise in third-party compliance audit requirements, including HIPAA, CJIS, GLBA and PCI. With degree in computer technology/computer systems technology, nearly two decades of technology infrastructure experience, and ongoing Tier 1 partnership certifications and training, Rick contributes extensive insight to various Omega think-tank teams and client steering committees, and he is a recognized as a clear communicator and effective teacher and trainer on IT security and compliance.
Katie Brower holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Penn State University and brings eight years of purchasing and management experience to Omega. Within her role, Katie maintains and advances Tier 1 manufacturer partnerships to satisfy cost, quality and delivery expectations for Omega’s growing client base. As the leader of the Inside Sales division, she prepares her team to provide personalized service throughout the bid and procurement processes. Katie works closely with all parties to ensure that the proper solution components are purchased and delivery and support is appropriately allocated.
Mike Witmer is an Air Force veteran with over 25 years in the information technology arena. He brings years of technical experience supporting and managing technical operations for manufacturing, healthcare and government industries to Omega Systems. Mike oversees a team of skilled Engineers and Solutions Architects responsible for designing, planning, and executing a wide variety of complex technical solutions for Omega’s customers. Mike and his team collaborate with all departments of Omega Systems to systematically approach each of our customer’s projects to ensure we are providing the best technical solution, delivered on time and on budget.
Matt Arner joined Omega in 2020, bringing 15 years of technical and management expertise in IT and managed services with him. Matt is responsible for overseeing the Field Service Engineers Team and works to coordinate projects of all sizes and complexities. He ensures service is designed, delivered, deployed, and improved to increase value and meet business needs. Matt holds a degree in business administration from Shippensburg University and varied Tier 1 partner certifications.
