Omega Systems is proud to announce the addition of Scott Goodger as Senior Vice President of Sales. Goodger has more than 20 years of technology and business development experience and has deep expertise building relationships with business leaders across a number of verticals, notably financial services, legal, life sciences/biotech and professional services.
Goodger will be a member of Omega’s Leadership Team and work closely with CEO Bill Kiritsis to enhance and evolve the organization’s business development strategy and align the company’s service offerings with the changing needs of today’s mid-market businesses. In particular, Goodger will leverage his experience within the financial services vertical to help fuel Omega’s continued growth and expansion in the New York metro area and across the U.S.
In March of 2022, Omega announced it had completed a merger with ACE IT Solutions. a NJ-based managed service provider with a significant presence in the financial services market, particularly among hedge funds, private equity and other alternative investment firms. The merger, coupled with the addition of Goodger, are reflective of Omega’s commitment to bringing an innovative and value-driven set of solutions to highly regulated and security-conscious businesses.
Goodger’s unique experience – having held roles in both technology and business development – will be a strong asset to Omega and its growing customer base. He previously served as Executive Vice President & General Manager at Thrive and has held positions such as Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) and Chief Technology Officer (CTO) along with other senior-level business development, consulting and operations roles at financial services-focused MSPs. Goodger’s conversations with customers routinely focus on how technology can benefit their overall business operations – whether it’s relieving their burden of management and maintenance, enhancing cybersecurity and disaster recovery protections or enabling regulatory compliance.
Omega’s portfolio of managed solutions includes Smart Host (private cloud hosting), Smart Secure (managed cybersecurity) and Smart Support (managed IT services).
