We are pleased to announce several promotions to members of Omega Systems’ technical service delivery and service desk teams.
Among the changes announced today is the promotion of MSP industry veteran Andrew Neumann to Vice President of Technical Services. The promotions, including Neumann’s, will enable Omega’s experienced service delivery teams, as well as its 24×7 IT support desk, to operate more efficiently and continue to strengthen the end user experience for its growing customer base, which includes mid-market and enterprise businesses including banks, investment firms, government agencies, manufacturing firms, nonprofit organizations and more.
