We are pleased to share that Omega Systems has received its 2025 SOC 2 Type II certification, reinforcing the company’s longstanding commitment to safeguarding customer data and maintaining the highest standards of operational security and compliance.
This marks Omega’s 13th consecutive year achieving SOC 2 compliance, ensuring customers – including those who operate in highly regulated industries such as financial services and healthcare – can feel confident and secure in the integrity of Omega’s systems, services, and internal controls.
Additionally, the company formally launched the Omega Systems Trust Center, a secure and centralized online portal through which customers, vendors, auditors, and other stakeholders can access real-time information about Omega’s security and compliance posture. The Trust Center houses up-to-date documentation on audited controls, certifications, risk management processes, and key information security policies – all designed to streamline due diligence and foster deeper transparency and trust.
“With the launch of Omega’s Trust Center, we want to convey our proactive approach to security, compliance and accountability,” said Omega Systems COO Ben Tercha. “Our customers rely on us to help protect their most sensitive data, and we believe that transparency into how we operate is fundamental to earning and keeping that trust.”
Omega’s continued investment in compliance and information security is a direct reflection of its commitment to meeting the stringent requirements of regulated businesses, including those governed by HIPAA, GLBA, CJIS, and other industry-specific frameworks. By combining audited processes with a responsive, customer-first service model, Omega delivers both the technical rigor and operational excellence needed to support today’s complex security and compliance landscapes.
Omega’s 2025 SOC 2 Type II certification was independently audited and verified by McKonly & Asbury, a nationally recognized CPA and consulting firm specializing in SOC examinations and information security compliance.
