Omega Systems is pleased to announce that Andrew Neumann has joined the company to lead its Managed Services division. Neumann is a veteran to the managed service provider (MSP) industry with more than 20 years of customer- and service-driven experience.
Neumann, whose title is Director of Managed Services, will work under VP of Operations Ben Tercha and help design, develop and enhance strategies to optimize growth and effectiveness across Omega’s managed IT support and Service Desk operations.
Neumann’s career has been centered on business process enhancement and overall customer service delivery, which he’s honed leading service delivery teams in the healthcare, banking and technology industries.
At Omega, Neumann’s key focus areas will include oversight of the company’s managed IT support service (Smart Support) as well as it’s in-house NOC and escalations services (Smart Response). In addition to reviewing and streamlining Omega’s existing business processes within these service lines, Neumann will also focus his immediate efforts on operational integration with Omega’s two newly acquired companies – ACE IT Solutions (closed March 2022) and PICS ITech (closed August 2022).
Neumann has more than 20 years of managed services experience and has held various service-oriented leadership roles. Most recently, he was the Global Service Desk Director for ECI. He was previously director of global systems and client services at Alphaserve Technologies.
