These last two weeks have tested the strength and resolve of all organizations. During this time Omega Systems has seen over 100% increase in customer support requests stemming from COVID-19 and our customer’s enacting business continuity plans. Our Technical Services Team prioritized requests for “work from home” configuration and assistance, as we knew all of our customers are trying to keep their businesses operational. The feedback we’ve received from our employees and customers during this time has been nothing but positive, supportive and thankful. We are grateful for your partnership and hope our commitment and dedication to customer service has shown through this challenging time.
Omega Systems is continuing to monitor the status of COVID-19 and orders set by Pennsylvania Governor Wolf on a daily basis. We are paying close attention to the guidance of state and local government authorities to keep our staff safe and available. Our last notification indicated that we would re-evaluate our forward moving IT service action plan at the end of March. It has been revised to the following:
From March 30 – April 3, Omega Systems will continue to practice social distancing. We believe eliminating non-critical travel and interactions helps to ensure everyone on our team remains safe and available.
